Bulletin: Doctor Aubrey Levin. End in sight former forensic psychiatrist's sexual assault trial "it would seem." Calgary Sun.

STORY: "End in sight for Calgary Dr. Aubrey Levin's sex assault trial," by reporter Kevin Martin, published in the Calgary Sun on December 15, 2012.

GIST: "It would seem the end is in sight for Calgary jurors in the trial of Dr. Aubrey Levin — even if it’s a flickering light at the end of a long tunnel. After more than two months of on-again, off-again sitting, the five-woman, seven-man jury finally heard from the final complainant the Crown intends to call in the psychiatrist’s sex-assault trial. But while the witness began his testimony, he’s still not finished being cross-examined by defence counsel Chris Archer — and neither is the Crown’s star witness in the case. Both witnesses were stood down this past week during questioning by Archer and will be returned to the witness stand for further cross-examination.........Jurors, who were originally selected to hear a three-week trial, have been told the case will adjourn by Dec. 19 and then resume on Jan. 7, when Court of Queen’s Bench resumes sitting."
